RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order and would like to return your order / certain products, all returns requests are to be emailed to over to bychloeclothing@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, including your order number noted on the email.

Once you have emailed and your returns request has been approved, we will email you and provide you with our returns address.
All returns must be returned back / delivered back to us within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. If we receive a return back from you outside of the 14 days, please note the parcel will be sent back to you, and you as the customer will need to pay the return postage for the item being posted back to you. If this is not paid, we will keep hold of the product until payment is made.

We will only accept returns back (minus delivery charges). We do not cover shipping costs or return shipping costs.

If you do wish to return your item for a refund, all items must be returned with all labels/tags attached and must be in it's original, saleable condition. There must not be any makeup stains, deodorant, smoking scents, perfume or or fake tan marks, signs of wear or damage etc. It is in the customers hands to ensure that all of the above is adhered to.
Please note, we fully retain the rights to refuse any returns which are not in the same saleable condition or breaches any of the above. If we receive your return after the 14 day period, your refund request will unfortunately be declined and you will have to pay the shipping fee for us to return this back to you again as we cannot be held responsible / at fault for customers not following our t&c's.

Return postage is at paid at customers own expense. We therefore advise that if you are returning your order, you use a trusted tracked returns process such as Royal Mail tracked services, and to gain proof of your shipping. In the unlikely event that the item return item goes missing, we are not responsible for your return until we receive it back, therefore this will be at the customers event to chase this up with the courier that they used.

Obtaining a proof of delivery receipt and using a tracked service will also cover you, as the sender, with your courier service for if anything goes wrong so you can claim back through them. Again, this is at the customers job to do so as is completely out of our hands.

Once returned items are received back, if we are satisfied with your return we will email you and issue your refund back to your method of payment within 14 business days of receipt back to us.

FAULTY ITEMS:
All items are quality checked prior to being shipped out, however if you believe an item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs to: bychloeclothing@hotmail.com
Items that are deemed faulty due to customers negligence such as wear and tear will not be accepted. For example, where a button is loose or has fallen off, this will not be deemed as faulty.
Please note all tags must remain on the item. If you wish to return a 'faulty' item and the tags have been removed, you will not be eligible to return.

SALE ITEMS:

Please note that items in our SALE section are non-refundable. IF WE RECEIVE A SALE ITEM BACK FROM YOU, THE PARCEL WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND YOU WILL NEED TO COVER THE COST OF THE RETURNED ITEM POSTAGE. IF YOU DO NOT COVER THE RETURN POSTAGE, WE WILL DISPOSE OF THE SALE ITEM.
TIKTOKSHOP:

Please note, if you have ordered with us on TiktokShop and want to return an item, you will need to raise your return request through Tiktok. Please note, our website is completely apart from Tiktok therefore any Tiktok based orders MUST be returned via Tiktokshop. Please do not email us regarding any return requests for TiktokShop orders.
